Communication Guidelines

• Do not text or call any VMSL Director regarding league matters. Any such attempts will be ignored.
• Players and coaches must not approach league directors during matches to discuss VMSL rules, game concerns, or any other soccer-related issues.
  All such matters must be communicated only via email to info@vmsl.ca.
• Any direct verbal or in-person communication with a VMSL Director—on or off the field—resulting in an altercation, argument or dispute over game results, referees, or VMSL rules will be considered an unofficial complaint and will not be investigated by (VMSL) the League due to failure to follow proper protocol.

During Games

• Only referees may be approached for rule clarifications, and only in a respectful manner.
• Players and coaches must not approach league directors during matches to discuss VMSL rules, game concerns, or any other soccer-related issues, only through official complaint procedures.

Official Responses

• The VMSL will respond only through: Email correspondence sent to info@vmsl.ca or Completed official VMSL forms.

• VMSL is strictly regulated / Rules are final and non-negotiable / Full compliance on fees, rosters, game sheets, and discipline is mandatory / Failure to comply may result in fines, forfeits, or bans. Your strict adherence to this policy is required and appreciated.
