Team Coaches, Managers and Players. Please be advised that once the soccer schedules are posted there might be some minor schedules changes to field location and game times after they are initially posted, and these changes can occur during the season due to various factors, unforeseen circumstances or Conflicts with other events or facility availability can also necessitate schedule adjustments.

Teams and participants will be notified of any schedule changes as soon as possible, with sufficient advance notice to allow for your team adjustments and other arrangements.

The League will issue official communication to confirm any schedule changes by posting the changes on the website and by sending an internal email.

• Field time on forfeited games will be up to VMSL discretion on how it will be utilized. Games may be moved around to fill the vacant spot if necessary.
• It is the team's responsibility to know when you are playing.
• Games can not be rescheduled, and no special team request will be accepted for field changes or game times can be made.
• VMSL will make the necessary changes if it finds the schedule is not balanced equally for all participants.

Effecive immediately, the following will be applicable to all teams participating in VMSL.

• 1st  time penalty for playing underage players will be considered a game forfeit and a $100 fine due before your next game.
• 2nd time penalty for playing underage players will be considered a game forfeit and a $200 fine due before your next game.
• 3rd time penalty for playing underage players the entire team will be banned from playing in the league with no option for any appeal.

AGE CALCULATOR

Team owners, managers and coaches are responsible for self-policing their team roster and making sure that every player(s) registered in the VMSL are over the age of 34/35/40/45/50/55+ to be eligible to play in their respective divisions by verifying a photo ID documentation that matches the Player Registration form before the player can play his first game and that the players underage provision allowed per team in a season are following VMSL regulations. If the league discovers a team has played an ineligible player during this season the league reserves the right to deal with the infraction relative to every game that player played in, and the team could be subject to further censure including game forfeiture, fines, and suspension from the league. 

Tie Breaker Will Be Based On. (PD) points difference / Head-to-head / (GD) goals difference.

1. If two (2) teams are tied on points in the standings at the end of the competition, the winner of the games between the two (2) tied teams will be awarded the higher position.
2. If the two (2) tied teams share identical win-loss records against each other, the next tiebreaker will be goals difference.
